Sorry I havent been helping out on the forum as of late because I have had to take things easy and yet I still do, some people know that I have had to take things easy because I told them in person but I thought it would be wiser to actually say it on here instead of telling everyone individually.
I havent been in good shape nor health since Christmas day because that morning at 7:36am I felt pain in my left side of my neck going downwards to the very tip of my neck (Lumbar region for those who are familiar with the skeletal system). That day I went to the doctors thinking of it as a stiff neck but to my dis-belief I had trapped nerves in my neck and it was quite a shock :(. So when I got home I went straight to bed (12:30pm) and rested all day long. I am very limited to movement in my neck still but the pain is dieing slowly which is good. I can move my neck fully to the right but I cannot keep my head straight nor turn it much to the left. I can hardly look up and down aswell, this is because it gives me pain and strains my neck even more.
I have to say though that I will try to be on here when I am not resting but I will need to rest alot. I just wanted to say this because I didnt want you lot to think of me as though I am going back to my "old ways" as I am not...I just need rest for my neck. So I hope you lot had a nice and wonderful Christmas...Yes, even you two, Dan and Tom. Also I wish you lot a happy new year too. Lots of wishes from me :)

Wah, I'm sorry my lee. I hope you feel better soon and that you can be back to ya usual self soon cuz i thought you were dead and locked in a small cramped space and i would have to kill someone for that.;) Don't be sorry, your the one in pain. Take a few weeks off, rest up and come back healthy :) Much better than straining your neck trying to post.
