Well i can say i love DBZ but for the games on byond
They are pitaful.For instance why does every game have punching bags in it when they have never shown a Punching bag on the show and why does every game let you learn moves from all the main characters , when in fact they make the move there self(excpept for a few like kamehameha,and spirit bomb)
and why does almost all games say you have to revert or change back to normal to go into a different form(lol.take freize for instance,he didnt go back into his origanal for to go to a higher one,same with the saiya-jins)

I like the Whole DragonBall series, and anything else by Akira Toriyama.
The BYONDbz games make dragon ball, well, to put it lightly suck I personally liked the OLD dragonball dub, that was a cool theme song | |
I used to like them all, then like a few months ago it started getting boring...now I hate it period.

I have only seen DBZ and only up to the Videl Vs Spapovich match, Toonami here restart back a saga every few months

As far as I know, the reason so many games are the same is because many actually begin with the same game's code. (At least that's what I've picked up from the forum... I've only been here like a month or two so what do I know.) To be honest, I have not bothered to play any. (My own dreams of grandeur, etc.)
Taking a game's code and not making the game different is bad enough. However, there is something to be said for avoiding taking content from any commercial universe as well. Legal issues aside, one tends to question why someone posing as a creator can't come up with their own universe. I don't even like fanfic.
I admit... I still thought Bid For Power seemed cool.
PS: Just wait for more people to see the Lord of the Rings movies. Then watch as hoards of people with LotR names come on making tons of LotR games. Then cringe since everyone in the know did that long ago... when it was considered kind of cool.
