What i have noticed when playing Tanks is that the people who play it say there should be more features and DBZ tech, blah, blah, blah. Then when i ask them if they even know how to make a say verb they go all quite or log out?
I have seen this on many games, especially DBZ games. I say to them how do you make a say verb and they copy and paste snippets of the GENESIS code. This strikes me as sad.

Yes, you are very annoying. When i was making i game a remained polite and i listened to the great people on the forum. You just abuse your rights and cant use HTML appropraitly.

Unless they are saying that some things are bad in a inaproprait (darn, cant spell, oh well, couldnt find a better word), there is nothing wrong with that. Basicly, what ou are saying is if you made a game, and someone said "You should add a slightly better attack system, just clicking a button named attack is boring" would you say "Go make it then."? It is just suggestions basicly, I dont see why you are mad/sad at it. Without a player's opinion most games would be horrible. Players arn't expected to play a game and say "wow, this game rules", they should say "I like this game, but I know a way to make it better". | |
You are right Geo i did go over board, but after seing this guys posts on multiple occasions i just got so mad. He has been warned about HTML and not just copy and pasting it from some one elses post but he ignores warnings.

My point was that in the Genesis ripoffs they say:
Person: can you code? Me: yes Person: Want to work for me? Me: no Person: Why? Me: beacuase you did not make this game originally and you can't add simple vers as you have only edited the map. Thats what i was trying to get at in DBZ games. Now in Tanks people have been talking about a DBZ mod that allows Kamehameha as a weapon. To me that sounds silly. | |
