Most oftenly, a simple "Good gravy!" does the job for me.

I also say that allot. Reminds me when I played MDK2 at my friends house...

My favourite expression so far is "Aw, nuts." Thing is, I use it even when things haven't gone wrong, just to make people laugh. It has the odd ability to work in that respect.

Shit*!(*)
Damn!(*)(sometimes with a "it")
Fuck on me!(very rare)
Bitch!(*)

When people are around:

Fuh- I mean Freak
Shi- I mean Crap
Crap

although sometimes I goto some rather rude words when people are around...
