There are lots of stupid DBZ pics that are WAY, WAY bigger than the banner size. I think the banners should be cleared out from all that junk....

Yeah, what kind of banner is that? I think banners shouldn't be accepted unless they are the right size in pixels, and doesn't take up like 400k memery because it has so many frames.

Banners aren't accepted unless they have the right amount of pixels. The same cannot be said for displaying them in the hub entries -- "acceptance" generally implies displaying them within Dream Seeker and on the BYOND website. | |

what the... why must they insist on using other peoples stuff. You know whos banner I like that doesn't belong to some Japanese company(i think), LJR's Kemet banner looks pretty cool. Along with dragonsnot, I like that one too.
