So they're condemning the pope mentioning a verse that happens to say Muhammad encouraged religious violence, saying he was wrong and said it in bad faith. How did they express their displeasure at being called violent by way of religion? By burning churches and being violent.

Yeah I found it odd the pope isn't allowed to express his opinions, but they're allowed to burn him in effigy and make threats of terror against the church. =\

Please do not take these people to represent the whole Muslim population, because there is many overreactive muslims, and there are many forgiving muslims. I believe it was wrong what the pope did, but I'm not gonna go blow up a church, I couldn't even punch a person without feeling bad much less killing someone.

It does in the sense that everyone is different. Just because some larger groups of people think the same, doesnt make the rest of the religion/race the exact same. But I'm sure no person of any religion truly follow its beliefs to the core.

Anyone notice that the church in question was in the palestinian territories? Theres not really any law there, the government that is in power has no money because Israel doesn't allow development there, theres no money in the territories, and all the aid that they were getting was cut because Hamas got elected by the people. The irony is Hamas isn't really any different than Fatah other than the fact they don't bend over to Israel.

There aren't nearly as many christians bombing abortion centers as there are muslims blowing shit up. If there were they'd also be all over the news.

Normal, real Muslims have contempt and look down on all those retard extremist militant muslims. They're not even involved or associated with them other than the fact that they call their god the same name.
