I use Windex and a few Q-tips. I suppose you could go with something stronger like Lysol if you are really concerned about the germs. Just don't get the Q-tip so damp that it starts dripping between the keys. A tiny bit of cleaner on each Q-tip will do the job nicely.

My multi-purpose computer cleaner of choice is rubbing alcohol. Don't know if it works as well as Windex, but I bet it's a lot cheaper.
