I cant get my Banner to upload

When i try to upload my banner it just loads for ever and then says time has expired please try another time. I have been trying for the past three days now. Whats wrong or. Is it my computer or BYOND

Sounds like your banner might be too large in size.

I posted this a few days ago And it said it was 250 by 60
and is only one frame.
Now im not sure why it does this but if some one could help me here Thanx

I meant file size-wise. I believe banners can only be less than 200 kb.

Mine is less than 200kb
it only has 5 words on it
