Do anybody know a good animation program that allows you to make jpgs, gifs, and banners that is free and isn't a trial version? If you know any please post them here.

Doubtful, given CompuServe's chokehold on the GIF format. If anyone makes something, no matter its license, and includes the LZW compression algorithm (i.e. uses the GIF format), they have to pay royalty fees (in the vicinity of $10,000) to them. If they don't, CompuServe gets its lawyers out.
Bunch of hicks. I just realised they aren't on my list of Egotistical Bigots yet... (which includes CISCO, W3C, and Macromedia, right now).
