[edit] Incidentally, I also envision a Utopian society with some (very few) elements of socialism, though it far more resembles a simple gainsharing system: things that divide any surpluses evenly, whilst still allowing people to retain property, and placing the decision making process into a representative body from each city, who then cast their votes together (no majority vote needed) and submit them to the central administrative government, which tallies the votes and performs the appropriate action.

The society is impossible to have, though; humans are too greedy -- there's plenty of little loopholes in what I've thought up so far, even. For one thing, the technology available for votes is either paper, which is wasteful, or computers, which are expensive. If each city needed a computer system from which to submit votes, then it would cost very much.

i got 1 thing to say, i dun care about freinds on BYOND, realy, alot of the people in BYOND are thickheaded, ill name some that arnt.
Dracon, SonVegitto, SSJ Radditz, Super16, Dan, Tom, Mellifious, Dekuh, SSJ3 Gohan, and afew more, im not meaning to be mean, but its true.
i got enough freinds in teh real world, so i dont care, only thing im here for is to make games for people to keep the people with no life happy, and i respect that.
