Can phenix hack byond or not and if no how do u know
|
It depends on what your asking.
Yes anyone can be determined enough to learn to hack, and pretty much hack anything. But what are you talking about when you say hacking? Crack the whole system? Now thats just silly. Hack the game files from the RSC? Good luck. Down the website, Now this one is pretty easy. Go into the hub library and get the files to run. Easy, but pretty pointless. See, you have to be more specific when your asking these kind of questions. --NeoHaXor ( = New Hacker: if you didnt know) |

If he thinks or says he can he is just bluffing as alot of people say this just to scare people and infact you cannot hack BYOND. To my knowledge anyway. I know because many people has already stated that they will "hack" BYOND. Which inturn, nothing has ever happened. Lots of people say that BYOND is "easy" to hack, which is completely wrong. Unless this "Phoenix" guy is a complete and utterly superb hacker (Which I truly doubt he is) then he has no cat in hells chance of doing anything. Just afew pointers, don't let people like that get to you as they can't really do jack all but threat...I have had many threats of so-called "hack"'s. I have had 12 threats so far and none have gone through. So just let him make his smart remarks as he wont do nothing. --Lee |
Phenix people are fun to toy with. They like to threaten you like they're going to "ban you from BYOND" or hack into your account or some nosense like that. You keep telling them to do it and they keep making excuses why they won't do it right now...
It's all an attempt to gain respect by claiming that they're more than they are. If people were really able to hack BYOND things, people would know, and most certainly Dantom would know. |

It's all an attempt to gain respect by claiming that they're more than they are. If people were really able to hack BYOND things, people would know, and most certainly Dantom would know. There's still a 50 BYONDime reward to them if they can take down Battle for Solaris when it is hosted. (Sometime this year! No promises, though, since I have a habit of breaking promises. =P) All I expect them to be able to do is attempt a DoS attack on my IP, which isn't hacking at all: it's a newbie's attempt at looking as though they've accomplished something. If they really can hack through BYOND, then they had better do it through BYOND: my computer won't accept packets from unauthorised programs, but BYOND has full-permissions. (What I'd really love them to try to do is to change the "Battle for Solaris" text that appears at the start of the game to "I hacked it!".) Heck, once our credit card gets approved, I might even up the stakes to 500 dimes. That's half of what they were selling their miracle hacking program for, free, if they can accomplish that goal. Like Air Mapster's 256 BYONDime reward for breaking the encryption, I have a feeling I'll be holding onto my dimes. =) |
