This issue has been resolved.

Descriptive Problem Summary:

Clicking a panel in an info control sometimes doesn't work.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

This issue is difficult to reproduce in a simple project, but shows up reliably when running tgstation with admin verbs. The Admin panel becomes unclickable, resulting in a JavaScript error.
