I posted this on the DWO forums and it seemed to have some moderate success, so maybe it's worth a shot here for anyone else who played 1.9.

I was sitting around in another Byond game when someone logs in and begins playing 20 Questions with me about DWO 1.5 and 1.9. "How big are they? Name all of the towns you can reach. Name how many towns you can't reach. Can you finish them? How hard are they?"

I ask him why, and he tells me that he wants to know which game would give him and a friend more playing time. I responded 1.5, because while it's an older version I was going by the number of towns it had. Since 1.9 only had two, it would feel smaller.

Him: "No."
Me: "???"
Him: "1.9 has three towns, not two."
Me: "There's Kaldan and Norwood."
Him: "Felaguard too. You can find it with a savefile editor."

Hmm...

And there you have it. What seems to be the last bit of DWO 1.9. If there are any more towns, I wouldn't know how to access them. I tried Shrenwold and Balzackia already, but I ended up at the 1x1x1 position. There were no random encounters during my entire journey.
