I would also have to say spiderman but isn't Creed on that soundtrack. I hate creed because all there songs sound the same.

Suburbinites
...oh wait...we didn't finish that video yet. Well, when we finish filming we'll give it the best soundtrack. If there is an actual movie called "Suburbinites" please inform me of it. Although I doubt it because the correct spelling is Suburbanites. |
the best i have heard now that i think about it is Dbz movie 4 Lord Slug. It has disturbed and finger eleven on it.

I suppose my vote goes to Queen: A Kind of Magic (the soundtrack to Highlander). It sickens me because some old guy always comes out of the woodwork to worship Queen along with young people who went on a Queen kick after Wayne's World came out. However, that album happens to be good.
I still listen to Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey. I liked my Lost Boys soundtrack too, but I lost it. I lost my Heavy Metal soundtrack as well. (I suppose that makes me less upset about the flying-creature-avenger-thingy orchestration not being on the album.) I liked the soundtracks for Kull the Conqueror and The Last Action Hero, but I never owned them so I'm working on memory. |
If we're specifying soundtrack and not cinematic score, I would have to say Higher Learning, specifically for three songs: Butterfly and Losing My Religion, performed by Tori Amos, and Don't Have Time, by Liz Phair.
A lot of the people I know didn't like Higher Learning because it utilizes a lot of negative stereotypes about white people. To be honest, though, the black characters don't come off much better. The movie, quite simply, shows humanity at its unvarnished worst. All the characters are flawed, in realistic but exaggerated fashion. Oh, except for the sensitive, intelligent, and quietly supportive lesbian character, who was practically perfect in every way. Can't fault a movie for realism, though. :) |

you have a point, i cant tell the difference between their last two songs on the radio and the one of the scorpion king soundtrack.
|
Space Jam had a really good soundtrack, i used to have it, but my cd cracked in half.
The best one i can remeber(and i got it recently) is the Scorpion king, lots of good songs, Godsmack, POD, drowning pool, system of a down, (heres a good one)Rob Zombie feat. Ozzie Ozbourne, Mushroomhead, Coal Chamber, Creed, Nickelback. theres more but i dont like some of the others. |
I like the soundtracks for Forrest Gump, Wayne's World, Singles, and Rushmore, to name a few. Probably too old school for most here :) If you are into classical, the Amadeus soundtrack is about the best you'll do.

I consider it well-crafted, but beyond repetitive, and full of fluff. I've always held the position that Mozart wrote only five or six pieces, but wrote them over and over. I did like the movie, though :) Apologies to fans of the man. |

The Wayne's World soundtrack got me through some tough times, like the family trip to Disney World. Wait, no, that rocked.
Nevermind. |

Wayne's World I've only heard the one song (wayne's world, wayne's world, it's party time, excellent...) but I bet it was awesome. Aside from that, the Orange County sound track had a lot of good stuff on it. |
I don't listen to many soundtracks, but the last one I listened to was the Spider-Man one, and it was pretty good, so I'll say Spider-Man ;)
