How exactly are Snes games made, in terms of the programming of the games?
no idea but u can go to a SNES emulator site and sum1 there might know

SNES games are made in a special form of assembly language specifically geared for the SNES system.

Do a search on "SNES programming toolkit" and you might come across something. I'm too lazy to verify it. ;-)

Yes you are right, then they just download that stuff onto a blank cartrage ang boom youve gotta SNES game. I only know somewhat how to make them because I have blank cartriages and a port on my computer where I can download snes roms onto the cartrages. But Iv'e never actually made a game, that, I don't know. Just know that the Japanese are very wise people indeed.
