How exactly are Snes games made, in terms of the programming of the games?

Yes you are right, then they just download that stuff onto a blank cartrage ang boom youve gotta SNES game. I only know somewhat how to make them because I have blank cartriages and a port on my computer where I can download snes roms onto the cartrages. But Iv'e never actually made a game, that, I don't know. Just know that the Japanese are very wise people indeed.
