BLAH, I can't think of a mini-icon thingy (OH, NOW I know promoting smoking on here is illegal..AHH! *JUMPS OUT WINDOW*

Displays a picture of the character Ash from Pokemon smoking something. First off, is it really illegal? Secondly, is anyone going to do anything about it? Thirdly... well, I can never think of a thirdly, sorry.
Well in my games you can smoke BUT it says its not for Children and it doesn't promote smoking on the Hub. I think someone should do something about this.

Why, may I ask, do you have smoking at all? It accomplishes nothing in the line of humor, unless the characters act "high" (in a Sesimia street or Afroman sense of high). I can understand drunkness, especially in medieval games when ales, pubs, and bars were much more popular.

P.S. You spell your name Alienamn

Its a Gangster game. But anyway, its just something added into my game. I do agree it is wrong to adverstize you game on the Hub by having some character smokeing.

P.S. that time its correct last time it was a typo.

Does this mean DDT has to change its logo? (http://www.ddtgames.com)
In response to Gughunter
no because thats not showing the character in a "high" status. If you look at the Hub icon for the game it shows ash smoking and his eyes are bulging making him look high. Thats different than that pic.

DDT's official logo is also not located on the hub. I still think it could do without the cigarette.

Depends, really, on the game. For a "film noir" type of game, a character smoking a cigarette wouldn't be all that out of place. That's why the DDT logo is the way it is; it's the Bogie-in-trenchcoat archetype.
