Standard policy on this, I believe, is that it should not be listed in Games Live! but is otherwise tolerated. It's up to the creator of the hub entry to keep up their end and use the entry responsibly: That means anything that would tend to make it a nuisance in the live list (like, for example, Branks insulting you rather nastily in the GCW Live hub entry) is out of the question for anything that would appear there.
