The translation "code" is first that the whole thing is written backwards in terms of words...so you have to start at the end and work to the beginning...

The second piece of translation is that each word is formed by the first letter of the word for the first letter, the second letter of the word is the last letter, and the rest of the word is spelled out backwards in the middle...

this is only the third day that I've ever had dimes in my wallet, but in the last 3 days, I have EARNED 75 dimes, not just deposited. lol, IF I WITHDRAWL, I HAVE $2.50~ :P
