you got to make honey..first team with more honey after 20 mins win, each bee worker will have a job..Like guard bee will guard the hive.so other bees don't enter. They can also sting other bees.(but you still live ^^)..Worker bees work to make the honey..theifs change to act like the other team and steal honey. And etc.

Sounds cool; this'll be on a hex-based grid, I take it?

I can think of an interesting way to do this: Upon login, assign each player on the team a task. As long as they have this task, their individual score/rank will depend on how well they perform. Foragers get points for collecting nectar, honeymakers get points for converting nectar to honey, guards get points for fending off invaders (random insects and other teams), attack squads get points for killing enemy bees, breeding workers get points for caring for the young or the queen. The idea would be that you can do some of the work yourself, but also farm it out to NPBs (non-playing bees). Players could trade tasks or take up new ones, even let the computer handle some automatically.

You can do pseudo-3D by squishing your hex "tiles" to fit 64x32 pixels, with the length of the hexagon running horizontally. This is the same as a top-down view, tilted about 54.75° down. That may be useful to know if you do any 3D rendering; the angle is actually arccos(1/sqrt(3)).
