Everywhere u go there is a Dragonball Z game. None of them use there own coding or icons. Always zeta or genesis why is DBZ so populaur

The DBZ games are registered on DBZ fan sites all over the place. So people looking for DBZ will find BYOND a lot more often than people who are just looking around for games or game creation systems in general. As BYOND becomes more well-known and the roster of games increases, there will probably be a higher ratio of non-DBZ to DBZ stuff. | |
Well, I myself found my way to BYOND due to DBZ. I was looking for DBZ-Spar and found out that BYOND also had a development system. I made a few attempts at DBZ myself, all of them in failure, mostly because my mind often exceeds my abilities. I mean, I hardly know one line of C++ but am already planning a huge robot multiplayer fighting/RPG/FPS game. (major off-topic section there).

I'm gonna follow with Gug here. Just think, I've noticed a declining trend of DBZ, but a increasing trend of new users to the Byond area. In a year or less, there may be for Non-DBZ to DBZ games.
Though I maybe wrong, with Toonami *shudders a bit* releasing the last 3 sagas their maybe a rise. Who knows, it's really as "he" said: "Power to the People". Hmmmm... Btw, don't hate me for this DBZ fans. I've seen every episode from Dragon Ball to GT. There's really nothing good gonna happen. It's basically the same thing. Goku strongest. Stronger bad guy comes. Goku stronger, Goku wins. Place Goku for other characters. I enjoyed using the DBGT idea for Dragon Ball Omega, which died a few months back due to planning difficulties (I'll explain another time). It was fun to see these people amazed at the byond overall engine. And more went to tell and more came. Wow... there I go off topic again. Bah... I'll drop it here. Personally, I wouldn't mind it so much if it didn't use all this crap from the series, like make it based off of the series's world, and not the Z fighters. But I mean, AT LEAST put in a quest system, or something original. I'm sick of hearing about Goku, goku is a little wuss, I'm tired of heroes 'of pure heart' HAVEN'T YOU PEOPLE SEEN THE CROW?! I mean, the world needs more vengeful, gothic super heroes. YOu know how sweet that would be? Like, I'd gladly trade the ability to climb up walls for a sniper rifle and access to a belltower.
Superheros with powers is getting lame, a 19 year old boy, whose family was brutally murdered, and his life torn away from him, awakens from a three year coma with only one thought in his head, REVENGE. THAT is the kind of superhero I would like, with realistic goals, a vigilante, rather than a saint. Got off topic... :P But you see my point, DBZ is getting overused, I think it would be better off if the games dropped the subject of the Z fighters for some time, even in the icons. I'm sick of looking at the hub and seeing "DRAGONBALL ZETA - FRIEZA'S REVENGE" by Goku30968408609384094380, YOU know? but still, It doesn't mean I have to click on it. Now, maybe "DBZPORN" by goku887 was a bit much, but still, I think games live could do with a filter, like you can choose wich Genre to show on the games live, exclude all games containing specified words, etc. | |

But who need's wall climbing when they have a 7 inch bullet in their skull? Also probably why when city of heroes comes out I'm going to be a super human (just a ordinary guy who is a little better than a regular human) who is basicly a soldier and, if I can, join one of the evil sides (probably 5th column). If you don't like it, then don't bother with it. Don't try to start a flame war. What are you trying to succeed in doing by this post?
