Descriptive Problem Summary:
Windows 10 versions other than preview are not available in the OS field for bug reports.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
* Make a bug report on windows 10.
* Realise you need to use "other".

When does the problem NOT occur?
Using windows 8.1

Workarounds:
Use "other" and manually enter Windows 10.
