Now...how do I use the FTP program?

You download the FTP program you want, I use CuteFTP, then where ever the main configuration there should be something like "host site" "username", and "password".

Enter the address (ftp.br0ken.org) you got in that email into the thing where it says "Host site" (it may not say that, but it will be something like that.) Then the username and password that you used to sign up with in the other boxes.
