This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:

Changing the rendering mode makes the map disappear.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1) Open any game in webclient version 508.1295.
2) Change the rendering mode via the picture icon on the hotbar.

Expected Results:

Rendering mode changes but map still appears.

Actual Results:

Map disappears. If anything on the map changes significantly, it will reappear but with the wrong size.
