the idea of that is simply this, if your parents knew you wouldnt eat it all, they wouldnt buy it, if it werent bought it would stay at the store, If that item stays too long it would be sent to the food bank, if it stays there too long it is sent to the starving kids in the east, it may be stale or spoiled, but it still saves them.

So your suggesting soe sort of new tax? Ive got nothing against the homeless, and personally like to help people, but the rich earn there money why should they be forced to give a chunk away?

Let the branches of the U.S. Military train their hand-to-hand combat and rifle marksmanship on them. What a sight it'd be to see hordes of homeless sitting in the Army Recruitment Office because they were told they would be fed and clothed if they joined.

Give homeless people food not $$ cause most of the time sadly if you give homeless people money they will go and buy drugs or booze or other stuff they dont need for example one time I was walkin in Toronto and this homeless man asked me for money I said Id be right back with food and he said he didnt want food he wanted money so...
