(I picked this off another site, at least the suject.)
Anyways, the golden age of free online gaming is gone.... I can't seem to find any GOOD, free online games. And if I do, they'll either shut down or go pay to play. I was just wondering what your thoughts on this were? I kinda missed the Golden Age of Free Online gaming...LOL

I found a great free game called TDZK a couple months ago. I don't really play it too much anymore, what with BYOND, but feel free to check it out. It's www.tdzk.com I think.

I always go with games that you buy, and then play online. Half-Life and Diablo II are classic examples.

StarCraft is also a great online game that you can buy, if you haven't played it, I suggest you do so.

Despite the fact that it's 3 or 4 (depending on if you count the expansion) years old. It's still good!

Well, it is hard to have free online gaming. If you are talking about MMORPG's, the owners still have to continually pay for the servers to stay with a good connection that allows people to join at thousands at a time. Other games you can buy, although I myself disagree with diablo, can't be free because they can't live on giving away games.
