uses www.Yoursitename.com none of the useless Stuff Net also works.
For no more than $15 a month
And no Ads or Popups required
Is Very Reliable
I Think this is all. I have been looking all day but I can't find anything that reaches the 25 MB file Size. Just post here if you find anything. Also just to see can you find out how much it would cost to get a site with unlimited Everything If it is possible.

For my site (for http://www.molotov.nu) I use http://www.netfirms.com . I only have their "Plus" plan, but if you go with their "Business" for $15/mo. you'll get unlimitted file size, 200MB space, 6 GB/mo. transfer, no ads, etc.. It's been very reliable to me so far. You'll also get 30 email accounts, Perl/CGI-Bin access, Front Page Server extensions, SSI, PHP, and SSL. I also really like that they will support any top-level domain (like my .nu).. most hosts only do the standard ones.

http://www.gushnet.com It's not on a monthly plan it's on 4/month or yearly plan. It's very cheap, and comes with everything you need, Nadrew.com is hosted there (but I get it free, and it's a special package, because I'm the co-CEO of the company =P)

That's a tall order. If you find one recommended that fits the bill, take it. Actually, I don't understand how much space you want... 25MB or 500MB?? 500 is very costly, but I know where you can get 50MB and 1GB transfer for $9.95 a month.
I have used CrystalTech for over three years, and I find them to be extremely reliable, with very helpful tech support, forums, and custom control panels for your site. Very professional. You're not going to get the 500MB space at your price anywhere, I'd think. I use their $19.95 plan, which allows for 250MB storage, 6GB transfer, up to 5 domains, unlimited FTP accounts, as well as ColdFusion and asp with user-maintained databases backend. I've had my own domain for 8 years, and have gone through a number of host services. Not a one touched the professionalism and stability of this one.
