What happens if the forum has so many replies that the tab is offscreen? will it wrap around or what? and if it does wrap around what sets it apart?

The tabs simply stop happening and it continues on a flat row after that. You can set the number of tabs it'll do before it stops in your settings somewhere, I believe.
