That is really nice, did you animate the turning gears in that one scene?

Weapons can have enchantments! Right now, Swords have the only aura, but we'll fix that in due time. |
First melee ability: whirlwind!
It's pretty basic, but it looks really cool with enchanted swords. |

Vaugely reminds me of The Impossible Horror at the Center of All Creation, which is a final boss from TowerFall. TowerFall does an excellent job with platformer bosses so that's not a bad thing.

Finally got the dropping mechanism to work in web client! uses DIVs in javascript to spawn dynamically around the player depending if the player has other objects around him/her.
(lil lag is cause i cut down the fps on the gif to load faster) |

It mainly uses those energy shields as defense. They move slow so they're easy to get around, but you have to ride the platforms to get around them. I'm planning to give it three total phases. Currently I have two implemented, and then I need the death animation and it should be all done. After that I can just start working on adding rooms and puzzles, perhaps a few more enemy types, and the dmeo will be ready. I'm all hyped. |
