I AM GOING TO GO CRAZY!!!! I search the forms for half an hour to see if there are any free games like HrH. What do I find? A c***load of DBZ posts and newbies asking for dragon warrior code or selling it. (I have been coding for only a month but I dont strut around asking for free code and i dont buy stuff, I make my own games now that im learning to code well.)
Bottom line is: I WANT SOMEONE TO MAKE OR TELL ME ABOUT A REAL ROLEPLAYING GAME!!!!!!

Personally, I'm building JungleMUD, which is a proper roleplaying game as far as roleplaying games go. However, it does have a fair ways to go before being decently playable. Of course, the fact that no one ever bothers to offer any real assistance isn't speeding it up any. | |
sorry about the yelling but I actually trying to make a decent RPG, with an actuall plot, 1 main villan, character custimization, jobs, homes. So you can participate in trying to solve the giant plot problem, or maybe just make a home and do certian jobs for money, or both, the player chooses....

Most games need a lot of background, culture and geological stuff written down somewhere, along with a detailed guide as to how a proper roleplayer would want to act in the game, before it can be considered a decent roleplaying atmosphere.
My biggest beef with HRH is the lack of most of those, so there aren't any real guidelines for how to roleplay in it. | |
