When trying to change the placement of the toolbar in my game from the bottom of the screen to the side under the pager tab and stuff, I'm not sure how to do that? Does it have anything to do with the width or height?

all i know is that if the screen is too big then it goes at the side jut tell people to press ctrl+i when it starts. Simple :)
