you bought the clone wars? augh....i didnt like that game much but Super smash bros melee, timesplitters 2, metroid prime, animal crossing, CvS2:EO and RE:0

Personally, I think the best games on it are Resident Evil and Eternal Darkness, although I suggest Eternal Darkness allot more than resident evil. Timesplitters 2 is pretty good, although like James Bond it lacks allot of detail towards stuff like the insides of buildings. For exmaple most of the places you see have rooms that have absolutely nothing in them. This gets kinda bad at the Chicago level. Animal Crossing is ok, but it gets repetitive after awhile.

Like everyone else said Super Smash Brothers Melee is an awsome game. Although I disagree about Animal Crossing. I don't mind the graphic style. It's also a good concept for a game but the big problem is a complete lack of any kind of detail. You can beat on your neighbors all day with a net and push them around. Leave for 5 minutes come back and they don't remember any of the events that happin and talk to you as if everything were normal. The exact same thing happins if you shower them with gifts. And if you mail them a lot they only remember the last message you sent which they never seem to understand and complain about it. The seasonal events are bad too. The only thing that happins is they get a few extra lines of dialog during the event and you get to watch them do dumb things. And most of the events you don't get to participate in. So for a simulation it doesn't simulate much. the main gameplay consists of paying off your debts and furnishing oyur house. The only ways to really make much money is FedEx jobs, Fishing, bug catching, and selling stuff of trees and what you get from the junk yard or police station. Most of these thing yeild little to no cash and the only way to get a large amount of money is fishing in the ocean. Ok that there is a summary of just about everything in the game. I played for about a week and thats all it took to pay off the debt. I see no need to ever play it again since nothing really changes except which stupid neighbors you have. The worst part is that they had a lot of space on the Gamecube disc to work with. This is just a direct copy of the N64 Animal Crossing game. So if you really want to play the game rent it start up the game and leave your GC on as long as you want to play, because the game NEVER uses the disk after loading it up into memory since the whole game fits in RAM. So you can play the game as long as you want without ever having to buy it :). |
Let's see here...
Super Smash Bros: Melee (My favorite game of all time on any platform... 4 player is just the most entertaining gaming experience that can be had in the world...lol) Star Wars: Rogue Leader Resident Evil (and any of the sequels) Metroid Prime Super Mario Sunshine (hey, it's a Mario game, every Nintendo system has to have one) Pikmin (this one's kind of iffy... I found it to be fun, but it's a matter of personal taste) Those are my personal favorites so far... Check http://cube.ign.com for a game list for the Cube... |
SSBM = a must get, I pretty much already knew this but I still wanted to hear from some people that played it. Resident evil looks good. And then Animal Crossing seems to be out of the picture. Thanks a lot guys.

Here are my personal favorites.
------------------------------------------ Game - Good things about them ------------------------------------------ 1) Dead to Rights - Matrix style combat, effects, story, everything else 2) Super Smash Bros. Melee - An instant classic 3) Resident Evil Zero - I like this a bit more than RE 1, because it is something different than the original RE storyline 4) BloodVayne (Or something very similar) - This reminds me a bit of blade and a bit more of Elvyra: Mistress of the Dark, its worth renting. 5) Pikmin - I dont suggest starting a game of this without alot of time to spare, it is very addicting. 6) Luigis Mansion - I would rent this one, it's very addicting the first time you play it, but after that it gets old fast. 7) Super Mario Sunshine - If you're a fan of mario this is the game to get. 8) Bloody Roar - This is one of my favorite fighting games. These are just a few games I would suggest |
