They do that to cash in on selling more tapes...lol

But the real fans know that there are only 4 sagas in DBZ: Saiyan, Frieza, Cell, and Buu

Heh, to be a DBZ expert your probably better off not seeing the movies. Sadly my Japanese teacher lost the DB movies before I had the chance to watch them.

No, the trick is to watch the movies, know everything about them, but then understand that they have no bearing on the series whatsoever... They're just a side story... Taking place outside of the series...

Ahhh, but the real fans know that there is both 4 and 5 Sagas in DBZ. Manga: Saiyan, Freiza, Cell and Buu. Anime: Saiyan, Frieza, Garlic Jr, Cell and Buu.
Of course one thing the real fans dont know is... Its just a show ;)

Ahh, good point... I suppose I just despise the Garlic Jr "Saga" so much that I don't count it...lol

Actually, though...I consider it to be more like a movie that was stuck into the series than an actual "Saga" in the series...

Yeah. The series would have probably been better off without it. It doesnt effect anything, it just makes me want to get on with the Cell Saga.

The whole DBZ saga thing is just hard for me to grasp, and I suppose there are quite a few resons why:

1) If the moon was blown up, there would be SUVERE, I mean SUVERE effects on the Earth, as in: Loss of tide, break of axis, and possable collisions with metorites, not to mention quite a few things Im leaveing out.

2) Gravity 100X what the hell? If gravity was incresed by 100 fold on a single area, that area would probably sink into the earth, and demolish the core, destroying Earth...

3) How can one be so strong without mass? Any human skeleton, reinforced or not, could not survive anywhere near 8 times the gravitational pull of earth.

4) If it was a little more realalistic... I might watch it more. Currently, it just dosent relate.

Its Severe. SEVERE!

I don't quite know what your talking about, but the only place the gravity was increased in(that I know of) was inside of the capsule corp.'s space ship vegeta trained in.

3) How can one be so strong without mass? Any human skeleton, reinforced or not, could not survive anywhere near 8 times the gravitational pull of earth.

Its fantasy, take it as it is. Lets see here...if a weight lifter weighs 250 pounds, and is quite strong, he can probably lift about 1000-1400 pounds on the sleds we have at school(its a leg press/hack squat machine, your lifting the weight laying on your back pushing up at a 45 degree angle)and then, say 1400, 250 goes into that about...*gets out calculator*...5.6 times. This same person could probably suspend a lot more weight then that in the air. There was some guy a while ago, a wieght lifter, that people called Mr. Squat. He could sqaut somewhere around 1400 pounds. Now your telling me he couldnt stand around if he just weighed a few hundred pounds more? Maybe I have no clue what im talking about, maybe I'm just babbling about something that doesnt mean a thing, but I took it upon myself to make you realize that it is just a cartoon. These people aren't realistic, in fact their much stronger than anyone could ever be. and 7 or 8 times earths gravity is an acheivable thing(if you arent fat that is)for realistic people.

4) If it was a little more realalistic... I might watch it more. Currently, it just dosent relate.

Relate to what? Its a cartoon about people that shoot energy out of their hands(and mouths, and pretty much anything else they decide to,) if you don't like that kind of cartoon then don't watch it, simple as that. It's not going to get anymore realistic the more you watch it so don't complain.
