I didn't get much compared to most all the people ive seen post on here. Here goes my small list:

-A hoodie from my dads mom

-A hoodie and a pair of jeans from my moms sister

-A pair of sweats and two cd holders from my mom

-Nothing as of yet from my dad...hes having money troubles(as always)

-55 dollars from my great grandma(moms side, her moms side)

So lets see.......thats a hoodie from my dads side...period...I'm greatfull for what I get, but it just seems like everyone else gets so much more.

My loot this year was probably not as astounding as some of you kids, but it certainly was satisfying:

- A Martinez Spanish guitar with classical strings (yes, the mouse does play)

I got BC Rich Bronze Warlock, and I will never stop talking about it. Other than that, I got a nice glass chess set and black hoody, and some cologne and such.

Yeah I forgot that.I too got a nice glass chess set.
Well, I got to spend a really nice Christmas Eve with my family (aunts, uncles, Grandma, Grandpa, and a ton of cousins) at my uncle's brand new house (nice place, by the way...but a bit smaller than I expected for how much he's paying for it...lol)

Good food, good company... Another uncle brought his guitar, and we had good music as well...

Yet another uncle brought a CD with a little project he's been working on... A virtual photo album of all kinds of old (and some not so old) pictures of our family... It was realy neat to all gather around watching it scroll through the memories... And a lot of the pictures are ones I had never seen before then... It was cool...

All in all, a very good time... Lots of pictures were taken, lots of cheer was to be had...

And then, to make it even better, it began snowing like crazy just before we left to head home... By the time I got up this morning, we definitely had a white Christmas... We hardly EVER have white Christmases... It's always snowy a couple of weeks before, then melted by Christmas... So this was a really nice "gift"...

And last night (and most of the day today) I fulfilled my tradition of watching "A Christmas Story" as many times as had the time for...lol (since it's always a marathon, I usually come in during the middle of one, and end up watching half of the one after, and then bits and pieces of them for the rest of the day)

Even though it came up way too quickly this year, Christmas was very good...

Oh yeah, the "loot"...

Last night (from my extended relatives):

A nice table lamp that doubles as a CD rack
Some Stetson Cologne (I don't wear it, but I can always start...lol)
Lots of cookies and candy
An IF Labs Battle Damaged SS Vegeta (A nice addition to my DBZ collection... And they managed to get something I don't already have! lol)

This morning (from my parents and/or "Santa"):

Two outfits (black jeans and nice shirts... work clothes)
A bunch of boxers (from Joe Boxer, no less)
A talking Ozzy Osbourne Doll (it even bleeps out the cursing...lol)
A very thick book of Edgar Allen Poe works, "Complete Tales and Poems" (really neat... I'm a casual fan, and this has all kinds of things I haven't read)
A mini RC car (I've wanted one of these ever since my inbox began to get flooded with spam for them...lol)
Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse Blue (with IntelliPoint software... I really wanted a wireless mouse...and this one is great so far...lol)
A soda shoot (one of those plastic racks for in the fridge that you load up with cans of pop and they roll forward when you take one out... which I actually can really use, since I drink Coke like water, and need to keep a chilled supply going...lol)
Lots of candy (including a chocolate orange and some Spongebob Squarepants jelly suckers...lol)
A "Super Duper Reindeer Pooper" (a gag gift, basically...but it's hilarious...lol it's a little plastic reindeer that you fill with little brown jelly beans, and when you push down on his back, a few fall out of his rear end... disgustingly funny...lol)

This afternoon (from my girlfriend and her parents):

The PS1 Final Fantasy Chronicles set (the one with FF4 and Chrono Trigger... it may be for the PS1, but it'll play just fine on my PS2... and since I've never owned either of them, it's a very nice gift)
A Gameboy Advance
DBZ: Legacy of Goku (for GBA)
LoTR: FoTR (for GBA)
Tomb Raider (the movie... VHS)
A 12-pack of Coke (see my comment above about Coke...lol my GF bought me this to be funny, since I was joking about wanting to see a stack of Coke cases next to the tree this morning...lol but what's even better, is that she individually wrapped each can! lol)

So I consider this Christmas to be a complete success... Now it's time to pay off all of the bills...lol

Did you get 'Stratego' in that? ;)
I got to watch my 4 year old son open his presents and I got to spend the entire day watching him play with 'Kasey the Kinderbot' :) He loves it, though its already starting to drive me nuts.

Hope everyone had a Happy Holiday!
I'm a little late, but here goes:

- Thief II: The Metal Age*. Yay! More sneaking/blackjacking/stealing fun! Now I've got the full series thus far... can't wait for Thief 3. :-)
- $20 (Australian dollars) cash
- Two $20 book vouchers; each, amusingly, from different bookstores which are more or less arch-enemies. :-D
- Terry Pratchett's book "Eric"
- A nifty pen with a LED near the tip, so I can read and write in the dark. :-) (On the back of the packet, one of the suggested uses was "military operations" :-P)
- Chocolate and other sugar-drenched comestibles. ;-)

That's just a partial list - I'll be getting more loot in a few days time when my dad brings me all the presents his side of the family got me. :-)

*I'm now forced to divide my time between BYOND and Thief 2. Nobody should have to make such difficult decisions... :-)

Ya, I saw one at the mall today, kinda scary lookin... guess thats the feel they're goin for though. The best part is that at that store I got a shirt with a screenshot on it from the original Donkey Kong.

Really, he enjoys that kinderbot thing? It was rated by the daily show as the toy that makes your kids say, "We don't want this! Don't you love us?", and you know, everything the Daily Show says is true. :)
