Descriptive Problem Summary:
Client will randomly crash on rendering certain icons in the mini-browser, can be reliably reproduced by clearing cache.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Clear cache by deleting $USERPROFILE/Documents/BYOND/cache
2. Log onto a server running dev-freeze branch bs12 code (using byond://baystation12.net:8100 for testing)
3. Wait for splash screen to appear on the map control
4. Click on "setup character" on the popup menu
5. If you don't immediately crash, hit the (R) down by body to randomize the sprite and it should crash.

Code Snippet (if applicable) to Reproduce Problem:
Changes added in https://github.com/Baystation12/Baystation12/pull/9206/files caused the issue to appear.

Expected Results:
No crash.

Actual Results:
Crash.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Randomly.
In other games? No.
In other user accounts? Yes.
On other computers? Yes.

When does the problem NOT occur?
maybe when you're bald in game, seems to have issue with hair for some reason
on the webclient

Workarounds:
Revert changes in https://github.com/Baystation12/Baystation12/pull/9206/files or use webclient.
