I recently submitted a demo to be reviewed (about 3 or 4 days ago) and I am curious to how long the reviewing process takes.
Also, is there really a reason to request a review for publication channels?

It can take from a day to a month considering who is reviewing it, in your case I'm the reviewer, I should be getting to it soon.

Also, is there really a reason to request a review for publication channels? Occasionally publication channels do get in the listings, typically if they're related to a game also in the listings. Look for Gazoot.Rockrunners for an example. -AbyssDragon |

Soon is when I get enough free time to review it.

Is there any way I can be selected to help with game reviews?

It takes some time to gain enough trust to be added onto staff, I'm going to be doing the reviews right now actually, hold on.

There, done. A few months ago you would have been waiting months, Deadron was the only reviewer for demos, and he didn't have much time, but I review them a few days at a time.
