I agree there. But your forgetting that you have to delete their account on their computer/whatever so they can't get it back.

thats pretty sweet.
Still, even if i had that as a future game developer I follow the age limits adamantly. simply put if anyone is underage they cant play the game I make, they MUST register with photo ID through an envelope (which would be already addressed and stamped) after validation they can play to their hearts content. Another feature would be a an anti-crack code inside the game files. This anti-crack code would alert the program that its being breached then it will corrupt its own files. I call it "tough love" as opposed to "tough S@!&" |

I have to be 18 to sign up for the account. Actually, you only need the person to be 18 to make the account for you. Only people 13 and under can't use it. |

Not that a 10 year old would want to use it, after being shunned based on the fact he's 10, and everyone knows it.
A funny story relating to this, I was playing Half-Life with the voice comm, and someone who sounded like a 10-year-old turned out to be a 24-year-old (I think) married woman. Go figure. |

This is easily prevented with a good credit card. Many newer cards have a feature that lets you generate a temporary, one-time-use number with a specific dollar limit and expiration date of your choice. Two of my cards have this - you go to their website, enter in the dollar amount and expiration date you want, and voila! You get a valid credit card number to go use at that shady internet site you didn't want rebilling you month after month. Or something like that...
