Yes, i have heard almost all of there work, also,my brother thinks Silent bob from Jay and Silent bob is one of there members, anyone know if this is true?

It's a two-man band, though they have a backup group when they tour. It's Jack Black (Saving Silverman, Shallow Hal, Orange County, etc.) and Kyle Gass. It started as an HBO show with funny stories about this fictional duo, then when the show was cancelled, they started playing around for real.

Kyle Gass is also in MOST of the movies Jack Black is in, as an extra =P. And no, Kevin Smith (Silent Bob) is no where close to being in the band, he's a very talented director..
