Our school (A Jr High because our school system makes 9th graders still in Jr High) can't afford anything so silent lunch is basicly the ISS (In School Suspension) room. So they stuff the hull of our school in one medium sized lunch room, and have hardly anyone watching... There is constantly food flying around the room, fights break out almost every few days in the lunch room, and no one ever sees it but students.

At my current school, 2000 or so students(I cant find the exact number on the website)split over 3 lunches. We get like 5 or 6 fights a week during lunch, but the admins usually take care of it pretty quickly(theres also about 5 police officers assigned here). People throw food all the time, they just clean it up after each lunch.
