Why is it when you add stuff to a hamburger, it costs extra but they don't deduct the price when you DON'T want something?

I asked my managers and they didn't give me an answer.

Has anyone recieved a Telegram?

Has anyone ever met somebody from Montana?

Did anybody see the World News (or whatever its called) when they were talking about dogs having the same coordination as Outfielders and then the female co-host said "Bitch I told you Air Bud was real!"

That is all. I came up with these questions will taking the new TAKS (Texas assessment of Knowledge and Skills) test.
