I just got back from a grocery store, and I pulled something in my arm.. It's so sore, i'm like in some pretty deep pain right now..

Actually, no. Because you almost die everyday, meaning, you don't actually get hurt by it, but you run the risk of dieing. The sore arm is actually inflicting pain, which almost dieing is not.
