A month ago i figured out that byond wasn't the place for me to be. The skill level of pll here is just to damn low. I know anyone has to start with the beginnings but Y are all noobs hosting CRAP games or pure ripp off's?
I told u all that Byond needs te become more serious and some ppl told me if would be way better in a month.
There would be more good games due to the byond scape contest (i dunno if it is ended yet).
Some time ago i also checked byond again and i saw gogeta's Pokemon game. I checked if there was anything new in it but still only icons where added. I meen, there were all these small things like getting 12,1111 exp. And lose exp after a pokemon levels. Everyone knows what i meen and a real programmer knows that the exp can be fixed with using "round()" and with putting while in your lvl code.
I told gogeta he was a bad coder and of course a boot was the result. I totally flipped (:P) and i posted something at his forum (not a nice post). Then i went back to the game and told everyone to check the forum. I was kicked again and gogeta just wouldn't listen to me. So i made a new character with the name:
"THIS GAME SUX!"
Well i logged in and of cource got kicked. So i started spamming with huge font sizes and green color.
This all seems verry noob like but some people need to get it that they are f&%îng up the byond comunity.
I dont mind if a newbie hosts his game, they will see that they need more skills but that pokemon game is just kept being hosted. This is the main problem of byond. 12 year old ppl buy a source code and add a lot of icons. (gogeta is a pro at adding new icons), then the host there game and are verry proud.
I like to say to all those ppl that they have to stop making (read:"ripping") crap games.
There is so much possible with byond but its to eazy to download it, ripp a few demo's and host your verry own game. All people with a dream to have a MMORPG will do this and the result is the byond comunity like it is now.
The only solution is to make byond cost money, that way only real serious ppl will use byond to make GOOD games.
I deleted byond from my PC and ill never be back and i hope this comunity will get more serious in a few months or years. For all ppl, good luck and have fun but take my advice:"Plan to make a good game and make it or play games, don't rip"

I will reply to this that if your saying that people are too noobish, than what do you call spamming someone, or dissing thier game? Sounds like you were being an ass to them, why would they want to take your advice? You need to grow up a little. Just because you can code just a bit, doesnt mean your better than anyone.

You really should write your posts in a documentation program such as Wordpad, MSWord or Word Perfect (Basically anything WORD) and do some grammar or spelling checks, because I have no idea what your problem was. The only part I got was about you spamming games most people wouldn't go in and getting booted due to unexceptable names...
