as a frameset parameter just add
frameborder="NO"

Lol first you ask for no frames and now you ask about how to have frames with color? I believe that is called hypocratic but i'm not sure :-)

No, it's called contridictive, to answer the on-topic question, you can't, you have to have a border to give it color.

OK, I can tell that some people have misunderstood my question. My background is black, but when I delete the borders (frameborder="no"), it just shows a white strip, thus still haveing the effect that a border is still there. I want to get rid of that little white strip. Here is my site.

P.S. You'll see another thread after this one by me. I forgot that you just have to put the url and not the a href thing. It says delete, but IN the thread, and there is a link, (you can't see it unless you put the mouse over it. It's at then end and when you put the mouse over it, you will see an underscore (___).
