Mouse hit testing was incorrect when the map was scaled beyond its bounds.

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
Putting my mouse over an object wouldn't call MouseEntered() unless it was far below the object.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Download 508.1293, make an object with MouseEntered(), put your mouse over it.

Expected Results:


Actual Results:


Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time
In other games? I don't know
In other user accounts? Yes
On other computers? Yes

When does the problem NOT occur?
The last version I used was 508.1290

Workarounds:
Currently to downgrade.

If you can identify the exact version where this first became an issue, that would help a lot. Also a test project would help a ton, if you can provide me a zip of the source (you can always send a link in a private message).

I've singled it down to 1293, however I couldn't recreate the issue in a newly created environment.

While the test project didn't work, I was able to reproduce this issue in my own test project.
