For some odd reason every time I open Internet Explorer I-lookup.com is my homepage, and talk about advertisements, there is at least 5 pop-ups that slow my computer down so much, and there is no way to change it as my homepage. Well, there is, but it doesn’t seem to work. Whenever I change it, the 2nd time I open the browser it’s set as my homepage again, it’s a pain in the rear-end. I’ve searched my hard-drive, and deleted everything I-lookup oriented, but the problem persists. I’m wondering what could be causing this; it’s giving me a lot of grief. I’ve resulted in using my originally made web-browser in Visual Basic. :(

But I still can't change my homepage.

I had this problem once. I managed to find an uninstaller on the internet. Try the I-lookup.com webpage.
Just on the subject, is that even legal to do to someone? I mean morally its no question, but the law is stupid sometimes.

but adaware will find all the ad-ware on your computer, so if its ad-ware on your computer thats doing it, that can be fixed.
