I'm currently looking to go wireless, looking at some cheap netgear stuff, or should I got Linksys? I want something that will allow me to host BYOND stuff....

If you have any suggestions, go ahead and post, I'm open. Wired is NOT an option. I have a 2 year old little sister who grabs anything and everything.

Any good brand should do. Routers can be configured for port forwarding, so you can tell them to send incoming traffic on certain ports to a particular machine.

I use *cough*Microsoft and it works pretty good. It lets me host my games. I heard Linksys is a very good router, I haven't tried it before though. By the way, I have a wired router(It's a pain seeing AND dealing with wires all over my room -_-).

Personally, I'd go with Linksys, but that's because I know the brand has good quality. For example: this one

I'd go with it too. I've heard real good about them. I bought my wired router for around 50-60 dollars I think.(It was a while back).

That's the one I have. It sure is good. But I still didn't figure out how to host. It's probobly something extremely simple...*grumble*
