my comp is messed, but all i need to fix to make it somewhat useable is to make internet explorer work. the biggest problem im having is when i click a link, it pops up with a new window thats see through and it just sits there and doesn't do anything. ive waited for a long time b4 but it just sits... tormenting me to no end... can any one help? the only way i avoid this is copying the shortcut and pasting it in a new window. and i can't re-install windows...
