but PS2 has the best selection of games. So the hardcore gamer, such as myself, has a number of choices in any genre of what game to play. :P

From what Ive seen it has piles of games, but they arent very good quality games. I know, some are good, but the majority are just clones or dancemat games*.

Anyway, I dont usually agree with Dracon but his right, most PS2 gamers are casual gamers. Most people got PS2's as a status symbols.
Its a sad fact, but its true.

Not true. :P

*By dancemat games I dont mean that stupid game with the mat that I hate. Its just what I call games which seem like a great idea that you'll love forever in the store, but after 20 minutes you never touch it again.

New to me, but I like this term.

Has anybody heard of Half-Life 2? That must be the least thought about question you have ever asked.... I mean, considering that HL2 is one of the most talked about computer games of the year. I personally prefer going to games like Aliens vs Predator 2, which is a game that really requires concentration in order to be good at it. Then there is Battlefield 1942, and the occasional Half-Life mod. Personally, I can't stand games such as Counter-Strike and Day of Defeat, I'm more into The Specialists, and Desert Crisis. Mainly because I'm one of the TS carnie players and DC's most skilled melee fighter.

started as a rumor but it seems more real than now.
