Heh I've made someone believe I was an undercover detective looking for sex offenders. I gave him a made-up (extremely badly made up one, at that) IP address and told him that using this we can track him down using it. I said I called the police in his area. Took him about an hour of waiting for the police to finally realize I was being a basterd to him :P
