There is an online game! (non-byond) I havent started to play yet but everyone says its cool, im loading it right now. If you play you will be playing with mostly japanese players and unless you know japanese your alone...So round up all your friend and tell them to join! Harvest moon is a great game, but it was intended for solo play, so I will keep myself to the solo playing game on my GBA.
As I have more fun playing it when I know there are no one there to tell me how to do what I am doing differently. I love Harvest Moon, and I would rather only play it as a stand alone version, not as a multi player online game :P --Lee | |
Harvest Moon is a great game that has really evolved from the Super Nintendo. There is going to be another game in the series called, Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life (obviously for Gamecube). Also, Gamecube is getting a lot of new titles for the console, including, Metal Gear Solid and Final Fantasy. Hopefully, they can triumph over sony =P

Just a quick note, the ps3 will blast anything currently out compleatly out of the water, so it may beat the ps2, but in a few years, the ps3 will rule, and it will be very hard for Nen to keep up because the new tech sony is making is thiers and no one else can use it, which means that it will be very very hard to top because it is almost unfathemable right now as to what it will be, i have read much. Now i will agree that the GC has better stats(mostly) but i still think that the ps2 is better, yes it is mainly because of the games. So the GC may be able to make a comback and actualy start making good money, but i personaly doubt it, and i neaver heard the Final Fantasy series was coming to GC, i would have to see some legal or reliable info on that, mainly because square soft and the Final Fantasy series has a exclusive contract with Sony.

You realize every major console company is currently developing their next next-gen console? Ps3 is just more widely advertised(and will probably come out first, seeing as ps2 came out long before gc and x-box). Theres no way to see what will be the most popular till theyre all out, regardless of supposed power they say now.

Just because it will have a unique design and overall greater power over game creation, graphically and what not.
Doesn't mean it will beat the others. I am a PlayStation console fan, I prefer this console over the GC, N64, Xbox, Sega, etc... Thing is though, a console is nothing without its games. You could have the best console ever, but, if its games are totally crummy and not worth playing, then your loss. I am not saying the PS3 will not have any great games, but for all we know, they may be making games which they think are good, yet, to us, or most of us, they may be a pile of crap. Ive give all systems a chance. I own a PS2 and a GameCube. So Far Im in between both the systems all the time. I love them both. PS2 has some great games so dose GameCube. Even if some people dont want to admit it, I believe the PS2 and Cube are a equal match. And dont try to disagree with me and back it up by sales and stuff. I dont even read that crap. Personally I love Nintendo cause I always kind of thought they thought of the consumer. Their stuff never cost $400 to buy (exgerration). It cost me 2X more to get my PS2 rig all set up then what it did for my GameCube. Another thing that bothers me is this: You mentioed PS3. Holy [crud], wait a second! I just bought my Ps2 like a year and a half ago! And PS3 is now already excitedly being talked about. Look, I know all systems die, and the companys are already thinking up the next big thing. But when i pay out big money for a new system. the last thing I need to read or hear about 2 months later is the PS3! If a new Sony game system comes out in less then 1.5 years I will never buy another Sony game system again. It just feels like back stabbing.I mean, please, how long did the orginal nintendo stay alive before they even begun to mention Super Nintendo? Its unfair that even before a system gets a chance to breath they start developing a new one. Im really tired of it actually. Im not posthing this to Bash PS2 or Cube (only the Xbox) but it just makes me sick to my stocmach to see "PS3 will rule them all!" or something. Just because you cant read a game dosent make it bad. Dont bash it til you play it. I player Bomberman Online all the time and its completeing Jpns. I dislike the looks though. Let me clear my statement up a little, the ps3 is being designed, i guess at least 2 years before a release season is even said. But the ps2 has been out for like 3-4 years now. You may have just bought it, but it is no new system. I too am suprized at how well it has aged. And i say the PS3 will be hard to top by thier past history and thier current lineup. Im hoping microsoft and sony will get to gether for the ps3, but i doubt it. Anywho, my point is that your ps2 will still be there for a few more years, but it is unlikly that anyone else will have an easy time topping the ps3 (unless nen or Microsoft are working on some secret projects that are more impressive than the ps3 seems to be). I still say they should come out with a gaming OS for pc. Mainly because right now my computer has way better stats than any other gaming system out there. Ok, my rant is over, bye.

Yes, but consoles only go that far untill they basically are computers because you can get mice and keyboards for them. I think computers are better, you can take them with you if you have a laptop or you could carry your case and a lcd-monitor. They have a large variety of games and you can do a lot more with em. | |
