I accidentally spilled a few drops of water on my arrow keys, I whiped most of it up and blew the rest out. But now my down arrow key wont work, any suggestions?

Its a laptop.
I just let it sit for a bit and now the arrow key works. |

Best thing ive found to do with any electronics not designed to be in water is let them sit as open as you can get em with no power sources in(you dont want batteries to corrode if its really wet)till your absolutely sure theyre dry(and then wait another day). I walked home in the rain one day, and my cd player got drenched, I left it open with no batteries in it(again dont want them to corrode), and tried it every couple days or so, it worked after about 4 days.

Depending on what it is, you may need to open it up and dry it yourself. My keyboard got really wet, I let it dry for a day, and it was as broken as before. There was water between layers of plastic with electronics in it probably as wet as it was a day ago.

Few drops? Heh, I've dropped anywhere from a few drops, to a whole can of Pepsi. Many times, also. Everytime this happened I just let it ... soak in... lol, sounds stupid but it worked every time. I never lost any keys. =). But now I have a new computer, and I don't let drinks or food near it =).
